The New Planned object is an adaptation and upgrade of an existing building located in Dukley Gardens in Budva. The building is designed as a mini 5-star category hotel with an accommodation capacity of 15 rooms. The hotel is designed as a mild trapezoidal form oriented towards the sea with a rooftop swimming pool. On the ground floor are the main entrance and the conference room. The first floor is planned for accommodation units with a lobby.
